Advanced Cooling Performance

At the core of the machine's thermal management system is a heavy-duty compressor sourced from the world-renowned manufacturer Maneurop (France). This premium refrigeration system delivers exceptional reliability, high torque capacity, and energy efficiency. Designed for industrial applications, the Maneurop compressor drives an ultra-fast chilling cycle capable of lowering the liquid temperature within the tank at an average rate of 1°C every two minutes. This ultra-responsive cooling capability drastically minimizes batch processing times, ensuring maximum production throughput.

Pneumatic Agitation & High-Shear Dispersion

To guarantee safety and compliance in environments involving volatile, alcohol-based materials, the YPM utilizes a fully pneumatic control architecture. The mixing assembly features a premium MBP pneumatic motor, which eliminates the risks of electrical sparks, making the entire operation natively explosion-proof. The pneumatic motor drives a high-precision, high-speed dispersion disc crafted entirely from sanitary-grade Stainless Steel 316L. This material offers superior corrosion resistance and longevity. The high-shear action of the 316L dispersion blade ensures rapid homogenization of essential oils, alcohol, and water bases.

Multi-Stage High-Precision Filtration

Clarification is achieved via a robust pressure-filtration assembly utilizing premium polypropylene (PP) micro-porous filtration films. The machine features advanced filter cartridges operating with dual-precision options of 0.22 μm and 0.1 μm. This ultra-fine microfiltration ensures the complete elimination of microscopic particles, precipitated lipids, and impurities, meeting the stringent quality criteria required for premium luxury cosmetics.
