Operating Principle & Simple Workflow

1. Power & Air Supply: Connect the machine to a 220V power supply and an external compressed air supply (4–5 kgf/cm²).

2. Main Switch Activation: Turn the main rotary switch to "ON" and press the Start/Stop button. The pilot lamp illuminates to confirm operation status.

3. Set Timer: Adjust the digital work-time controller to the desired blowing duration (e.g., 1–3 seconds).

4. Push-to-Clean Operation: Hold the bottle inverted and push the bottle neck against the blue silicone cleaning head nozzle. The internal valve automatically triggers ionized air blowing and vacuum extraction simultaneously.

5. Filtration & Collection: Dissolved dust and debris are drawn into the internal filter chamber and retained in the external dust collector chute.
