Many people have asked how a rotary perfume filling crimping capping machine is packaged from our factory to the customer's hands. Today, I will briefly share with you our entire packaging process. Let's take a look at how this perfume turntable machine is packaged step by step and then safely sent to the truck.

1. Comprehensive inspection of the entire machine

After the equipment is completed, it is first started for a trial run to confirm that the turntable, screen, and pipelines are all normal. For parts like the turntable and blows are delicate and easy to damage,so we mark them separately for special protection. Small accessories and tools are also all sorted and packed, without any omissions.

2. Comprehensive wrapping for shock protection

The entire machine is first wrapped with an adhesive film. The display screen, which is fragile, is wrapped with several layers to prevent scratches and impacts. Then, a thick bubble film is wrapped around the outside to prevent moisture and rust. The machine is also labeled with warning signs to remind how to unload correctly and handle with care during unloading.

3. Fixed on the wooden box tray, sealing the box

The packaged equipment is placed on the wooden tray at the exit. The belt are crossed and tightened to secure it, and wooden blocks are placed at the bottom to fix it firmly to prevent it from sliding around during transportation and damaging the machine. The air compressor and vibration plate, which are supporting equipment, are also fixed separately.

The wooden box is custom-made according to the size of the machine. After the equipment is fixed on the tray, the packaging is sealed. There is enough space inside the box, and the top of the box is also reinforced to effectively resist squeezing and impacts during transportation. Large main machines and other small machines are packed separately to avoid pressing against each other.

4. Shipping

After confirming the customer's information, we print clear shipping labels and origin markings on the outside of the wooden box. Then, we can arrange for the shipment.
