For export industrial equipment, standardized packaging, securing, and container loading are key to ensuring the machine reaches the customer in good condition. This time, we completed the container loading for the 2000L vacuum emulsifying machine . From the packaging of the machine to the fixing inside the container, every step was strictly carried out in accordance with the export ocean shipping standards, ensuring professionalism throughout the entire shipping process.

     The entire machine was first wrapped with bubble film for buffering protection, with the corners given extra thick protection. The outer layer was wrapped with multiple layers of stretch film to prevent moisture and salt spray erosion during ocean transportation. Individual scattered parts and small accessories were separately wrapped to avoid scratches on the surface of the stainless steel tank during transport.

    After all the packaging was completed, the container loading operation began. When the container arrived at our factory,we first check inside to make sure it was clean ,dry,free of sharp objects and safe for the equipment. Using forklifts, the 2000L main tank was smoothly placed inside the container, with the heavy object placed against the inner side of the container, and we planned the layout properly to make good use of the space.

      Securing the cargo is the most important part of loading. We use high-strength black webbing tensioners and multiple points of cross-attachment to secure the equipment. The webbing firmly locks the equipment onto the container ring, preventing risks such as machine sliding, tipping, and collision damage during shipping. Small items are isolated and placed separately to prevent large equipment from squeezing the accessories. After all securing was done,we checked everything again-straps,positions and tightness to make sure all was stable and secure before closing the container doors.

     From equipment inspection, moisture protection packaging, to the layout planning inside the container, multi-point binding with straps, and final recheck, this whole standard process ensures that the goods arrive safety at their overseas destination. Not only this 2000L vacuum emulsifying machine, but all our exported emulsification, mixing, and filling equipment also follow the same set of export shipping standards.
