Recently, we have just completed a fully automatic perfume filling and capping production line customized for our client.  

This perfume filling equipment features a rotary large turntable structure, enabling the entire line to continuously perform manual bottle feeding, precise filling, automatic pump head placement, pump pressing, and bottle discharging in one whole process. A key practical design is the bottle-clamping belt, which securely holds fragile perfume bottles, preventing tipping or shifting during high-speed operation and avoiding scratches or breakage of glass bottles.When used in combination with a laser coding machine. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, meeting hygiene standards for cosmetics manufacturing. The matching stainless steel operating table serves as an auxiliary support for the production line, making it convenient for customers to carry out wiring, connection, and debugging after arriving at the factory.

Before packing, the technical department conducted full-machine testing to verify filling accuracy and pump pressure, ensuring all sensors, cylinders, and conveying mechanisms operate stably and meet the client’s production specifications. 

Export packaging follows international maritime shipping standards:  

• The entire machine is wrapped with multiple layers of stretch film to protect against dust and moisture;  

• Precision components, touch screens, and pneumatic parts are individually wrapped in bubble film and thin plastic sheets for protection;  

• The equipment is securely fixed onto plywood pallets using high-strength strapping to prevent movement or impact during transit;  

• Wooden boxes are custom-sized according to equipment dimensions, labeled with shipping marks 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, and "MADE IN CHINA";  

• All boxes are loaded onto trucks and transported to the port for shipment.
