YETO has completed production and inspection of another complete set of perfume production equipment, now fully packed and ready for export overseas. This set of equipment covers the entire perfume production process: raw material mixing , material storage storage, filling, capping, bottle cleaning, filtration, conveying, and finished product packaging. The complete machines are CE-certified, meeting the safety production requirements for overseas daily chemical factories.

Equipment List for This Shipment

The complete solution includes both fully automatic and semi-automatic models, suitable for the production needs of perfume factories:

Mixing and Storage Equipment: 200L pneumatic mixing tank, multiple 200L stainless steel 304 storage tanks, equipped with CIP cleaning balls, air filters, and manholes for easy internal cleaning and disinfection.

Filling Equipment:Single-head perfume filling machine (filling range 5–1000ml) and four-head perfume filling machine, allowing flexible capacity switching.

Crimping and Capping:Pneumatic perfume crimping machine, middle collar pressing machine, and manual capping machine, compatible with pump head diameters of 15 17 19 20 22mm(Can choose).

Auxiliary Equipment: Air bottle cleaning machine, duplex filter (two-stage filtration 0.22μm/0.1μm), pipe cutting machine, and 4 meter stainless steel conveyor belt.

Packaging Equipment:Manual film wrapping machine and fully automatic film packing machine, completing the finished product film wrapping process.

All parts that come into contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, meeting the hygienic production standards for perfume and fragrance products.

Equipment Packing

After the complete machines passed trial operation testing, they were packed as follows:

1.The surface of all stainless steel machine bodies was first covered with PE protective film. Filling nozzles, capping molds, filter cores, and other accessories were individually wrapped in bubble wrap. The machine bodies were then wrapped with an additional layer of bubble film, with extra reinforcement at protruding parts such as motors, control panels, and conveyor frames.

2.The equipment was placed onto corresponding wooden pallets and secured in place. The four sides were sealed, and wooden strips were added on top for fixation to prevent damage from other cargo during container loading.

3.After sealing, shipping marks and "Made in China" were affixed to the outside of the wooden cases, with the gross weight and dimensions noted, ready for shipment.

4.After confirming all information with the freight forwarder, delivery trucks were arranged for shipment.
