This time, we completed the production and shipment of the orders for the Thai customer. The complete set of equipment includes filling, capping, mixing, storage, and labeling. The wooden crates have been reinforced and packaged, and have been successfully loaded onto the vehicle and sent to Thailand.

This production line is suitable for the production of perfume products. The equipment list is as follows: double head filling machine ,FEA15 with crimping,collar pressing+ mold, 100L pneumatic mixing machine, 1000L SUS304 mobile storage tank, labeling machine, double-filter, a complete set of hoses, silicone accessories and other spare parts.

All the equipment has been completed as required: CE marking, MADE IN CHINA label, and national standard plugs, meeting the local usage.

For export transportation, we follow the standardized export packaging process:

1. The surface of the single machine equipment is wrapped with multiple layers of stretch film for protection, and pearl cotton is added to the vulnerable parts to prevent scratches and damage to the stainless steel body;

2. Dispersed pipe fittings, hoses, sealing accessories are classified and wrapped, and fixed together with the equipment main body in the same wooden box to avoid the loss of small items;

3. Use standard export wooden crates, reinforced with black belts inside to prevent shaking and shifting during transportation;

4. Place the product manual fixedly inside the wooden box to facilitate customers to open and consult;

5. The YETO shipping mark, MADE IN CHINA mark, and wooden box size and weight are printed on the outside of each wooden box to facilitate the freight forwarder to check the transportation;
