This time,  Guangzhou Yeto Machinery Co.,Ltd completed the delivery of a set of small-batch production equipment for perfumes. The entire set includes a single head perfume filling machine, perfume crimping machine, capping machine, 200L sus316L open storage tank, wooden cases and paper boxes, and was sent to Thailand to serve local fragrance and essential oil production factories.

The desktop semi automatic single head perfume filling machine has a filling range of 5 - 1000ml. The machine body is small and occupies less space. It is driven by pneumatic power and electric is specially designed for perfumes, essential oils, and colognes, which are liquids containing alcohol and prone to volatilization. The filling accuracy is stable, making it suitable for small-batch production.

The perfume crimping machine is used for locking the caps of perfume bottles. The production speed is 20-40 bpm, and the working air pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa. It is compatible with bottle heights of 30 -300mm and bottle widths of 15 - 100mm. The equipment is used to firmly lock the spray pump in the perfume bottle mouth, ensuring a secure and good seal to prevent the evaporation and leakage of perfume alcohol.

The capping machine is used for the middle collar pressing of perfume bottles. The production speed is 20 - 40 bpm, with an air pressure of 0.4 - 0.6MPa. The bottle height can be adjusted between 30 - 300mm, and it is used to press the middle collar of the perfume firmly in place.

The 200L open storage tank body is made of 316L stainless steel, with an open design, which is convenient for material feeding, cleaning, and internal inspection. It is suitable for storing and temporarily storing raw materials, has a high hygiene level, complies with the hygiene requirements for cosmetics production, and can directly supply materials to the filling machine.

Before leaving the factory, technicians first conduct power-on and air supply tests on each machine to confirm that the filling, crimping, and capping functions of the equipment are operating normally, and complete the equipment cleaning. The molds, air pipes, accessories, operation instructions, etc. are wrapped with bubble film.

The equipment is all wrapped with stretch film bubble film, and the machine is fixed on a wooden pallet with a fixed stretch belt. The entire machine is placed in an export wooden box, a wooden square is added to the top of the box for reinforcement, a forklift wooden base is installed at the bottom to facilitate forklift loading and unloading operations.

Before shipment, each wooden case and paper box is labeled with storage information, indicating the size and weight of the box, and marking the fragile side. After confirming the information, a vehicle is arranged to deliver it to the freight forwarding warehouse for transportation to the customer's factory.
