Today, we shipped one 300L perfume machine, one air bottle cleaning machine, and a storage tank.  

The 300L perfume mixing machine is primarily used for clarifying and filtering liquids after chilling, such as cosmetics and perfumes. It features functions including mixing, chilling, and filtration. Made from high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, this equipment is ideal for cosmetic factories to filter cosmetics and perfumes.  

The air bottle cleaning machine is simple and convenient to operate, effectively removing dust and impurities inside bottles, and equipped with an anti-static device. Cleaning time can be customized according to customer requirements. Featuring a dual-station (blow-and-suction) design, it efficiently eliminates internal dust. A precision filter ensures the purity of the compressed air supply.  

First, the entire unit is tightly wrapped in multiple layers of plastic stretch film to isolate moisture in the air, preventing dampness and rust during sea transportation. For machines with casters, workers place them on specially designed wooden pallets and secure them using wooden blocks and black belt to prevent displacement or collision during transit. There are also cushioning materials such as foam rubber placed between the equipment surface and the wooden case.

After internal protection, all equipment is uniformly packed into sturdy plywood crates. The dimensions and load capacity of the crates vary depending on the specific equipment and weight.  

As an export order, the packaging appearance is highly standardized. Each crate clearly displays "MADE IN CHINA" and bears a label with the consignee abbreviation "CC/UMAR." Additionally, crates include information such as "Customs Declaration & Tax Refund," facilitating subsequent export customs procedures.  

From exterior assembly to final packing and shipment, every step reflects YETO standardized logistics management, ensuring that products reach global customers in perfect condition.
